I have the right to reject your request if I am uncomfortable drawing it. (See my dos and donts.)Reposting commissioned piece is allowed with proper credit.
You are NOT ALLOWED to resell the commission work without my permission.As the Artist, i am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to clarify any unsure policy with the Artist.Dont rush me on working on your commission, if you need the art to be done under 1 week, there'll be extra charged.
| General Terms
✦ Do not trace, reproduce any of my artwork.
✦ Do not edit, modify any of my artwork without my consent.
✦ I have the right to declined your commission request.
✦ Reposting commissioned piece allowed with proper credit.
✦ Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.
✦ Do not use my artwork for AI related, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.
| Commissions Workflow
✦ Processing time may take about 1 to 3 weeks for artwork (will be count after you done the payment). If there are any delays, I will let you know.
✦ Work Queue list and waiting list are available here.
✦ if there is an urgent due date that needs to be met, additional fees may apply.
✦ I work based on the queue line or closest deadline
✦ Final result will be sent digitally (Email/Gdrive).
✦ Commission work flow and update for client(s) :
⤷ Rough sketch, unlimited revisions (until clients satisfied).⤷ Lining and base color, max revisions 3x (only minor, major revisions will charge fees).⤷ Rendering / final pieces, only minor revisions 2x, major revisions will charge fees.
| Payment Policy
✦ Payment will be done 100% upfront after you approved the sketch.✦ All prices are listed in USD and IDR.✦ For international clients i accept Ko-fi, PayPal, VGen (VGen is highly reccomended).✦ For local clients (ID) i accept E-Wallet Dana only.✦ Full refunds can only be done if I have not started on the commission yet. I will tell you when I start.✦ RUSH COMMISSIONS AND PRIORITY FEE
⤷ +$25 of the total cost, whichever higher.
⤷ Rush commission fee will be required if the deadline under 1 weeks.
✦ PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
⤷ +$15 of the total cost, whichever higher.
⤷ The final product cannot be showcased on my social medias and public portfolios within 30 days after completion.
⤷ The final product cannot be showcased on my social medias and public portfolios at any time.
✦ COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
⤷ +100% of the total cost, whichever higher.
⤷ This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for mass distribution and/ or profitable activities, such as [but not limited to]:
⤷ Printing the artwork for sale
⤷ Using the artwork for merchandise design/ sale
⤷ Monetized video creation, such as music video, marketing purpose, etc
⤷ Subscription reward
⤷ Commercial Rights not required for stream or video thumbnails.
⤷ Commission type - Emotes, Fugi, Panels - are by default allowed to be used for their respective purposes on monetized channels. However, the use of these artwork for further profitable activities will require Commercial Rights
✦ OTHER CHARGE
⤷ Complex designs and requests may increase the commission cost.
| Refund and Cancellations
✦ Refund and cancellation only can be done in these circumstances, such as:
⤷ I, the Artist, is the one who cancelled it and/ or unable to finish the commission.
⤷ Work for the commission have not started within 2 weeks after payment.
✦ Other than the circumstances that stated above, refund and cancellation cannot be requested by the Client
| USAGE RIGHTS
✦ I, the Artist, own the intellectual property rights & copyrights to the art work(s) and any original design. The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belongs to their respective owners✦ Commissioned artwork (s) are personal use only. Otherwise, client(s) paid for the commercial rights that stated above✦ I, the Artist, have the rights to stream my work progress and showcased the final work on Twitch and/ or social medias✦ The Client is prohibited to resell the personal use commission/ artwork
